Hi, I'm Rachel...

Accredited NLP Coach, Strategic Life Coach, EFT Practitioner & Meditation Teacher, based in South Cambridge

Before I became a coach, I spent nearly 20 years in the corporate world, constantly striving, constantly juggling, and constantly exhausted. On paper, I was successful — but inside, I felt disconnected, overwhelmed, and unsure of who I really was anymore.

That experience led me to study how our thoughts, emotions, and habits shape our wellbeing. Now, I help women who are carrying the mental load of everything and everyone — the women who always show up for others but rarely have space to show up for themselves.

My approach blends practical life coaching, emotional wellbeing techniques, and NLP tools that create real change — not just quick fixes. Every woman I work with receives personal, thoughtful guidance because I know what it’s like to feel lost in the noise of life and crave a moment of calm clarity.
